Android HiFi is now available on Google Play Android store. Now the app is upgraded to work with GoogleTV. The only good app for GoogleTV was "Airtight" and it did not support Music playback. It only supported video and photo. HiFi Speaker supports Audio over AirPlay. I am able to play Songs from iPhone, iPod, Mac and iTunes directly to my Google TV. The best part is that my TV is still turned OFF and due to my Bose speaker system, the audio still plays. - I can see the possibility of playing music on my bose early in the morning to wake me up.

For me I have a speaker system that is plugged into my tv. But if my tv is off no sound will come through the speakers. How do you have yours setup?

Free version is limited to 30 minutes.

I have my receiver sending sound and video to TV. so my tv is off the receiver still plays the audio. which is cool.

Seems it needs a lot of work. Music playback is very very choppy.
